Where Mech Bridge Global fits into your supply chain

Each industry below opens to reveal the specific products we source, common specifications, and real answers to the questions buyers ask most often.

Construction & Infrastructure
Industry 01

Construction & Infrastructure

Construction and infrastructure buyers work to tight programmes, unforgiving standards, and site engineers who do not tolerate mismatched paperwork. Mech Bridge Global sources high-tensile structural bolts, chemical anchors, foundation bolts, and hot-dip galvanised fasteners from Indian manufacturers whose material test certificates line up first-time with IS, ASTM, EN and ISO grades — so that your project manager has less to argue about at handover.

Beyond fasteners, we source cast-iron sluice valves, ductile-iron gate and butterfly valves, and pressure fittings for water-supply, storm-water and fire-fighting lines. Every consignment ships with mill test reports, third-party inspection where required, and export documentation ready for customs clearance in Africa, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.

Commonly sourced

  • High-tensile structural bolts (Gr. 8.8, 10.9, 12.9)
  • Chemical & mechanical anchors
  • Foundation & anchor bolts (L, J, U shapes)
  • Hot-dip galvanised nuts, bolts, washers
  • Cast-iron & ductile-iron gate / butterfly valves
  • Pipe fittings, flanges, and expansion joints
  • Custom castings for civil hardware

Applications

  • Commercial buildings
  • Bridges
  • Metro & rail
  • Ports
  • Water-supply networks

Questions buyers ask

Yes. We routinely source structural bolts in ISO grades 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9, as well as ASTM A325, A490 and equivalent EN grades. Every lot ships with a mill test certificate and, where the project demands it, third-party inspection reports.

Yes. We source hot-dip galvanised fasteners with coating thickness to ISO 1461 for corrosive environments including coastal and marine sites. Stainless A2 and A4 (AISI 304/316) options are also available where DHG is not preferred.

Standard structural fasteners typically ship in 3–5 weeks including QC. Bespoke anchor bolts, larger diameters, and long-lead castings are 6–10 weeks. We flag long-lead items at quotation so your civil programme is never blindsided.

Yes. We take project-wise BOQs, split the sourcing across the right manufacturers per item, and consolidate everything into a single documented shipment with per-line packing lists — so it lands on site the way your storekeeper wants it.

Power Generation
Industry 02

Power Generation

Power plants are unforgiving buyers. Every isolation valve on a steam header, every stud on a turbine flange, every actuator on a bypass loop has to survive years of thermal cycling and audit-grade paperwork behind it. Mech Bridge Global sources cast-steel gate, globe and check valves to API 600, motorised and pneumatic actuated valves for feedwater and process control, and centrifugal / multistage pumps for boiler-feed and cooling-water duty from Indian manufacturers who work day-in day-out with utility EPCs.

For the fastener package we source ASTM A193 B7 / B16 stud bolts and A194 2H / 4 heavy-hex nuts with EN 10204 3.1 mill test reports traceable to the heat number — matched per flange class, so field crews open one bag per joint. Third-party inspection at works (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's) is a routine option against your operator ITP.

Commonly sourced

  • API 600 cast-steel gate, globe & check valves
  • Motorised & pneumatic actuated isolation valves
  • Control valves with 4–20 mA smart positioners
  • Boiler-feed & cooling-water centrifugal pumps
  • ASTM A193 B7 / B16 studs & A194 2H nuts

Questions buyers ask

Yes. Valves to API 600 / 6D / 594 and ASME B16.34; studs and nuts to ASTM A193 B7 / B16 and A194 2H / 4. Every consignment ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates traceable to the heat number.

Yes. Motorised (24 V / 110 V / 220 V / 380 V) and pneumatic (fail-safe spring-return) actuated valves are bench-tested to your control signal — on/off, 4–20 mA modulating, or Modbus RTU — before dispatch.

Yes. We prepare studs, nuts, washers and gaskets per flange rating and line list, bundled per joint — so site crews are not hunting through a mixed carton at cut-in.

Yes. SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas and Lloyd's inspection at works can be arranged against your operator's ITP — visual, dimensional, hydrostatic, and material verification as required.

Oil & Gas
Industry 03

Oil & Gas

Oil and gas buyers cannot afford ambiguity. Every valve, stud, gasket and pump component is tied to a pressure class, a temperature rating, and a specification the client operator will inspect against. Mech Bridge Global sources industrial ball, gate, globe, check and butterfly valves in carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy trims from Indian manufacturers who produce to API 6D, API 600, API 594, BS 1868 and equivalent standards.

For fasteners we source ASTM A193 B7 / B7M / B8 studs, A194 heavy-hex nuts, and matching washers with material certification traceable back to the mill heat number. Whether the requirement is a spare-parts crib for a refinery shutdown or the fastener package for a new pipeline, we assemble it with the paperwork operators will actually accept.

Commonly sourced

  • API 6D / API 600 ball, gate, globe, check valves
  • Butterfly valves (wafer & lug)
  • Studs & nuts to ASTM A193 B7 / B8 & A194 2H / 8
  • High-pressure fittings, forged flanges
  • Centrifugal & positive-displacement pumps
  • Alloy castings & forgings to spec

Applications

  • Upstream (wellhead & drilling)
  • Midstream (pipelines & terminals)
  • Downstream (refineries & petrochemicals)
  • LPG / LNG handling

Questions buyers ask

Yes. Our valve partners produce to API 6D, API 600, API 594, BS 1868 and equivalent standards. Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, Lloyds, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at works before dispatch — usually against your operator's ITP.

Yes. All ASTM A193 B7 / B7M / B8 / B8M studs and A194 nuts ship with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat number, along with a certificate of conformity from our supplier.

Yes. We prepare fastener packages per flange class and line list — studs, nuts, washers, gaskets bundled per joint — so field crews open one bag per joint rather than hunting through a mixed carton.

For sour service we source NACE-compliant materials (B7M studs, 2HM nuts, matching valve trims). NACE-conformance certification is issued with the mill test report where required.

Manufacturing & Industrial
Industry 04

Manufacturing & Industrial

Plant engineers and maintenance heads source a mix of standard flow-control items and one-off spares against tight downtime windows. Mech Bridge Global sources centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, ball and gate valves, plus custom castings and forgings for wear parts, brackets, and machinery components — matched to the material grade and finish your machine actually needs.
